I have known Chris for years, so it was extra special to photograph his marriage to Maddy! They were married in St Petersburg, Florida at Nova538 - an art gallery and event space. They had a brunch wedding, you know… because everyone loves brunch, and wrapped up the day with fresh coffee and a churro truck. It was the greatest day. Before we even arrived at the venue, I knew it was going to be a magical day with stunning photos, and I was right!

Talk about a day full of love and support! Holy cats! This incredible day took place at The Thomas Center in Gainesville, FL. The loving energy was so palpable - just magic to witness! Shirley and Emily are now enjoying life in the PNW, which seems like the perfect spot for them. :)

Have you ever partied with Cubans from Miami? Holy cats was that a great night! Vanessa and Jorge were married at The Thomas Center on a beautiful spring afternoon. The ceremony was touching and honest - given by her brother (one of the best ceremonies I’ve ever witnessed, to be honest!). It was followed by dinner and toasts under the stars and then a serious dance party. The bar was open, the DJ was on point, the dance floor was packed, and the room was full of joy. So much yes.

Still one of my favorite weddings of all time - you can feel Melissa’s calm, quiet, unique, and creative presence in every aspect the day. Melissa & Jorge were married on the steps of the Hippodrome in Gainesville, FL with close friends and family in attendance. Their reception was a casual cocktails-and-dance party, no fancy sit down dinner, no bouquet toss, none of the ‘traditional stuff’, and it was just right. I loved the aesthetics and design of the day and the intimate nature of the celebration, but beyond that, it was clearly evident that Melissa and Jorge are so perfectly matched and know how to support and balance each other. You don’t see that kind of relationship everyday, you know? Cheers to that!

My first rooftop wedding in years! Jamie, one of the owners of Info Tech, and her husband Geno (of Geno Athletics - look him up!) were married on the rooftop of Info Tech’s new building at sunset! Despite Santa’s arrival via helicopter in the middle of the ceremony, the day was absolutely perfect. The weather was amazing, the support was so strong, and the beautiful, silly, fun, loving, and dedicated relationship of these two was just wonderful to witness.
Lisa & Brad
Lisa & Brad, the owners of Root & Pecker (have you tried their restaurant? Such a great spot for healthy, fresh, and delicious food!), eloped at Kanapaha Botanical Gardens in Gainesville, FL on the morning of April Fools Day. They couldn’t wait to tell their friends and see whether they would believe it was true or not! Afterward, they took the boys for ice cream and treats downtown at Karma Cream. It was just the perfect morning!
