Trust our experience to help you plan, guide you through every decision, to work the day in a way that is totally respectful of your guests, and to create a curated collection of beautiful photographs that fully describe your wedding day. 

Getting Started

Start by scheduling a consultation. We can meet at the studio or virtually via Skype or Google Hangouts if you live outside of Gainesville. During the consultation, we will talk through what you had in mind for your wedding photography and how we can help. If you decide that you would like to move forward, all that is required to book your date is a 25% non-refundable deposit and a copy of the signed contract.

Before the Wedding

We will have multiple touch points leading up to wedding date, we'll wok together to develop a timeline for your day that incorporates plenty of time for photos that also accommodates your other needs for the day, and we'll work through a detailed questionnaire to ensure that we are on same page prior to the wedding.

We can also help you determine what type of artwork is best for your home and where to put it. Just send over snapshots of any areas of your home that you'd consider hanging your photographs. We will use them to mock up a design so that all you have to do after the wedding is select which photos to use in your layouts. This is a great service to take advantage of prior to the wedding because all of your decisions are out of the way and you will know exactly how much you need to budget.

The Day Of

Going into the wedding day, all of your major decisions for the day will already be done.  We will have a plan for exactly when and where all of your photos are taking place, so you can just relax and enjoy the day. We'll also have a list of all formal family photos ready to go so that we can make that process quick and easy for your guests.

Afterward

After the wedding, we'll carefully work up the photos for you and then invite you back into the studio to review the finished set of photographs! At that time, I'll help to guide you through the final decisions on artwork and albums. We'll get your order processed, and after all the final pieces are carefully inspected and packaged, they will be ready for you to pick up!
